Laminate doors are manufactured by applying laminate/Natural Wood/Lacquer finish on 6 mm thick MDF, which is installed on the door wing filled with high density honeycomb cores inside a solid wooden frame. Compact material is applied on the wing due to its special use and location, and laminate is applied on the compact material. Compact material provides resistance against water, sunlight, impacts and all kinds of external factors. Strength and durability are essential features of doors. Laminate coated doors are highly durable. Since they do not host bacteria or germs, these types of doors are hygenic and easy to clean. These doors are preferred for many types of buildings such as schools, student hostels, laboratories and houses. Laminate is not affected from chemicals nor does it bleach or discolor.
